Little Ladybugs
Chocolate cupcakes-- with royal Icing blossoms, buttercream icing for grass and Sugar cookie Lady-bugs.. Arnt they Cute?!
It all Started with a little mini-lady bug Sugar cookies.........
Then they started to come to life with some red buttercream icing....
Did some piping with tip # 23, doesnt quite look like much yet, sort of looks like green hair,
Icing was colored with (Wilton icing color...leaf green color) , still doesnt look like much yet... do you know what it is going to be?
Some wild grass...for the Lady bugs to hang out on.
And some more..... Some Spring Blossom candies made of Royal icing...yum! What to do with the Flowers? I thought I'd turn them into lolipop flowers and stick them in the cupcakes. In order to do that...some chocolate wafers had to be melted as glue.
Melt, melt, melting..... And stick them!

You Are My Sunshine...
You are my sunshine, my only sunshine.
You make me happy, when skies are grey.
You never know dear, how much I love you,
please don't take my sunshine away!
This is a song I have sang to my girls since the day they were born. For sure a song that will be glued to my memory forever.
Nemo Cupcakes
here's N-E-M-O...and his friends.
If your wondering why some of them say Mia? That's because its for a little girls birthday party!I hope little Mia likes them.
Also I am a huge Ellen fan..So of course I had to put Dory in there in honor of Ellen.
Everything on these cupcakes (Chocolate Fudge by the way) and all the details you see here is 100% edible. All the icing is made of Marshmallow Fondant and just in case at the party if they don't like the taste of fondant then I put a layer of Vanilla Butter cream icing. But seriously this fondant icing is Very good!
Arn't these little guys so cute? Seriously how could you eat them, with them looking at you with those eyes?! LOL
One Day Old....
My one day old baby, has gone to sleep,
Dreaming about her little feet.
Her little hands, her little eyes
her pair of socks that big blue sky.
The thing that we have grown to know,
new things that we cannot wait to show,
My sleeping baby in her dreams,
sweet, unique & simple things!

Daisy Cupcakes
French Vanilla Frosted Rainbow & Chocolate Cake cupcakes.
These Cupcakes too were for our church's bake sale. All the funds are going to go towards fundraising for "World Youth Day."
I got these cupcake papers & daisies from the "Martha Stewart Collection". They have been sitting in my cupboard for a while waiting to be made for the perfect event.
I love polka dots. This is what Sold me on buying these paper cups...
But....
With much disappointment....
They DID NOT SHOW UP!!! err Sorry Martha!
I love Ya but I'm not happy with your paper cups.
Look at the picture below....
I was going to do plain French Vanilla cupcakes.(this is the batter before they hit the oven)..but I thought that was kinda boring, so I thought Id add a splash of color-with Wilton gel color (rose pink, sky blue, and yellow butter cream)...It really changed the whole look of what I had planned for the cupcakes...
so much for boring white...I think I could find this my new favorite thing so fun!
......No yellow??!!! No POLKA DOTS!!!
Sigh :(

I know that at the sale probably 90% of the people are probably guilty "Chocolate Lovers"like me...So I couldn't be a part of a bake sale with no Chocolate....
So I gave in.
I whipped up Another batch of Double Chocolate Cupcakes. I wonder which will sell faster? The rainbow bright cupcakes or Chocolate?
